This document explains how Lorvaqen Analítica S.A.S. uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can manage your preferences through the Google Consent Mode v2 system.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device to remember preferences, measure usage or show you more relevant content. We also use equivalent technologies such as browser local storage.

2. Categories used

At Lorvaqen we use four categories: (a) Necessary, essential for the site to function; (b) Functionality, to remember preferences such as language; (c) Analytics, to understand in aggregate how the site is used; and (d) Advertising, to measure the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns.

3. Google Consent Mode v2

We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with denied defaults. This means that until you explicitly accept, no analytics or advertising cookies are activated, and the signals sent to Google are transmitted in an anonymised or restricted way (ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough).

4. Third-party tools

We use Google Ads (identifier AW-18064110603) solely for advertising measurement. Its activation depends on the consent granted in the cookie banner and can be modified at any time from this page.

5. Duration

Necessary cookies are kept for the session or up to a maximum of twelve (12) months. Analytical and advertising cookies have durations ranging from one to twenty-four months, depending on the provider.

6. How to manage your consent

You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage; when you visit the site again the banner will be shown and you can update your choice. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies from their settings.

7. Consequences of rejection

If you reject optional cookies, the site will continue to work normally. Only measurement and advertising functions will be limited.

8. Updates

This policy may be updated in the event of technical or regulatory changes. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of the document.
