At Lorvaqen Analítica S.A.S. we treat your personal data seriously and in accordance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its supplementary regulations, and the applicable provisions issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email and the message you decide to send us. Additionally, through cookies and similar technologies, we may collect anonymous technical information such as device type, browser, language and pages visited.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to process your request, provide information related to the informational service offered, respond to enquiries and carry out analytical measurements of site usage. We do not use it for automated decision-making, credit profiling or financial operations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent when submitting the form, as well as on Lorvaqen's legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the informational service.
5. Retention
We keep your data for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from your last interaction, unless applicable regulations require a different period or you request its earlier removal.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, statistical analysis) bound by contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. Data is never transferred to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. International transfers
When technology providers are located outside Argentina, we verify that they offer an adequate level of protection or sign the contractual clauses required by the AAIP for international transfers.
8. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and confidentiality regarding your personal data by writing to hola@lorvaqen.com. You may also file a complaint before the Agency for Access to Public Information (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with industry best practices.
10. Minors
The service is not directed at persons under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that a minor under your responsibility has sent us data, please contact us to arrange its deletion.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or the applicable regulations change. Any relevant change will be communicated through a visible notice on the site.
